摘要 PURPOSE: A system for automatically measuring a train pantograph sliding plate using a three-dimensional image and a method for controlling the same are provided to realize simultaneous and prompt detection for a whole area of a sliding plate of a pantograph. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle entry detector detects entry of a train. A vehicle number detector detects the train's number. A pantograph position detector(130) detects a position of a pantograph. A plurality of image photographing units(140) are mounted at the pantograph for taking photographs of a sliding plate of the pantograph. A first control unit(150a) controls the vehicle entry detector, the pantograph position detector, and the plurality of image photographing units to realize an image of the sliding plate in a three-dimensional image and detect an abrasion state of the sliding plate from the image. A second control unit(170a) shows the abrasion state of the sliding plate and executes history of management. A database(180a) is connected with the second control unit for storing data related to the abrasion state, day and time of inspection, maintenance, and workers. User input units(160a) input a user command and data to the second control unit. An auditory display unit auditorily displays the data of the database. A visual display unit(200a) visually displays information related to the sliding plate. An output unit(210a) is connected with the second control unit for outputting an inspection material or database material. A communication module communicates with other systems.
