PURPOSE: An FPD(Flat Panel Display) device is provided to dispose a conductive ground member, in order to easily ground a control PCB if horizontal/vertical lengths of the control PCB disposed on a rear side of an FPD module are smaller than the FPD module, thereby reducing fabrication costs. CONSTITUTION: A control PCB(30) is disposed on a rear side of a mold frame(28) for forming a rear side of an FPD module(10). The control PCB(30) is connected to a driving IC by an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit)(14), and controls an image signal. A conductive ground portion is disposed on the control PCB(30). The ground portion is disposed on a rear side of the control PCB(30), in order to be contacted with a plane contact portion(52) of a ground member(50) disposed on the rear side of the control PCB(30). The ground member(50) of the control PCB(30) consists of the plane contact portion(52) contacted with the ground portion, and a side contact portion(54) contacted with a chassis for forming a side of an upper part of the FPD module(10) by being curved from the plane contact portion(52).
