PURPOSE: An electromagnetic interference and induced voltage shielding apparatus is provided to prevent an electrical shock caused due to an induced voltage and potential difference. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic interference and induced voltage shielding apparatus is characterized in that the output line applied to a heat wire is connected or opened so as to minimize electromagnetic interferences generated during use of electrical product and shield the organic voltages applied to an external source, and shield electromagnetic interferences and induced voltages generated even in cases where outputs are not applied.
