PURPOSE: An active matrix organic electroluminescence display is provided to prevent a degradation of screen quality caused due to the image projection of a polysilicon semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: An active matrix organic electroluminescence display comprises a substrate; a gate line(110) and a data line(130) which are arranged in horizontal and vertical directions on the substrate and define pixels; a power line crossing the pixels; a switching thin film transistor(Tsw) connected to the gate line and the data line; a driving thin film transistor connected to the switching thin film transistor and the power line; a light emitting diode connected to the driving thin film transistor; and a shielding pattern(200a) for covering the switching thin film transistor and the driving thin film transistor in the light emitting direction of the light emitting diode.
