PURPOSE: A device and method for forming interior trim parts for a vehicle is provided to improve quality and productivity by uniformly attaching a skin material to a material without adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A heating unit(50) moves above a lower die(40) if an upper die(30) is separated from the lower die, and heats the surface of a material(10). An auxiliary die(60) has a bottom unit(61) corresponding to the forming face of the upper die, and attaches a skin material(20) to the material.
