The procedure consists of creating a plastics deformation of at least one lateral surface (8) of the coupling's inner ring (4) adjacent to the point (10) in which it meets the spherical surface (5), the deformation being carried out after the inner ring has been fitted in the outer one (2). The procedure is designed for assembling a spherical coupling (1) with outer (2) and inner (4) rings, the latter having spherical (5) and lateral (8) surfaces, and consists of deforming the lateral surface close to the point (10) where it joins the spherical surface after the inner ring has been fitted into the outer one. This causes the spherical surface to be deformed outwards, with the deformation facilitation by an annular groove (11) in the lateral surface which forms a lip (12) at the point where the lateral and spherical surfaces meet. |
