PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a porous eco-block, an eco-block and a construction method is provided to cut down the construction cost by constructing eco-blocks simply and easily, and to promote water purification by increasing the oxygen content in the water. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a porous eco-block(100) comprises the steps of: manufacturing a bearing member by shaping using one of a concrete bearing panel which is obtained by injecting mortar in a box or fabrics having an appointed thickness such as hard PE and film; applying adhesive on the upper part of the bearing member(110) with the appointed thickness; and applying and attaching a porous member(120) on the upper part of the bearing member(110) applied with adhesive.
