PURPOSE: An LCD is provided to improve a flickering phenomenon and reduce noise by improving a response speed of a gate pulse modulation process and stabilizing a voltage within a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: An LCD includes a gate driver circuit and a gate pulse circuit. The gate pulse circuit is installed in the inside of the gate driver circuit. A gate high voltage(Vgh), a gate low voltage, a target voltage(Vdd), and a predetermined signal are applied to the gate driver circuit. The predetermined signal is a GSC(Gate Shift Clock). A voltage value of the target voltage is lower than that of the gate high voltage. A gate pulse modulation circuit outputs a modulated gate high voltage(Vgh-m) by combining the gate high voltage, the target voltage, and the predetermined signal.
