LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING INTEGRATED AMORPHOUS SILICON-SERIES THIN FILM TRANSISTOR DRIVE STRING

PURPOSE: An LCD device having an integrated amorphous silicon-series TFT drive string is provided to simultaneously carry out a reset operation of a final end and a reset operation of a front end in a shift register, thereby preventing signal distortions. CONSTITUTION: Shift register circuits(100-100n) are integrated inside an LCD panel. The 1-bit shift register(100n) having a dummy function is further integrated on a final end of the circuits(100-100n). When a driving pulse is supplied to gate lines, the final shift register(100n) resets a shift register located in front of the final shift register(100n), and is reset. An output of the final shift register(100n) is simultaneously connected to the shift register located in front of the final shift register(100n) and a self reset terminal.
