PURPOSE: A heating energy control method of a convection microwave oven is provided to make the generation output of microwaves and a heater output in a cavity. CONSTITUTION: A heating energy control method of a convection microwave oven comprises a cooking input step of inputting an automatic cooking signal to make the heating energy of a heater and a magnetron output in a cavity, and an output control step of making the heating energy of the heater and the heating energy of the magnetron alternately output in the cavity. The heating time of the magnetron output in the cavity is variably controlled according to the automatic cooking signal input from the cooking input step.
