PURPOSE: A heat pump system for a vehicle is provided to evaporate a refrigerant by arranging a refrigerant heating unit to an upper tank of a lower tank of an engine radiator, to remove the need for securing an installation space of the heating unit, and to make coolant distribution of the engine radiator smooth. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump system for a vehicle has a refrigerating cycle compressing and supplying a refrigerant by a compressor(21) and an air conditioning cycle. In the refrigerating cycle, the refrigerant circulates from a 4-way valve(22) connected next to the compressor to the 4-way valve through an outdoor heat exchanger(23), a first receiver drier(24), a first expansion valve(25), and an indoor heat exchanger(26). In the air conditioning cycle, the refrigerant circulates from the 4-way valve to the 4-way valve through the indoor heat exchanger, a second receiver drier(27), a second expansion valve(28), and a refrigerant evaporating-heating unit(29) arranged in an engine radiator(30).
