CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a sound-absorbing vibration control member comprises the steps of pulverizing waste Polyurethane pieces and waste cloth pieces by using a pulverizer; putting pulverized Polyurethane and cloths in a mixer and mixing with a foaming agent mixing polyol and isocyanate; putting mixed foaming agent in a foaming mold and molding at the appointed pressure; and attaching vinyl or rubber the surface of the molded member.
