PURPOSE: A control panel structure of a microwave oven is provided to exactly situate relative positions of a knob and an encoder in the process of mounting a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) assembly on the rear of a control panel. CONSTITUTION: A control panel structure of a microwave oven comprises a control panel(210) having a through hole(211) formed to a side of the front and plural fastening bosses(212,213,214,215) and guide bosses(216,217) projected downward from the inside; a PCB assembly(230) having a switch installed to a position corresponding to the through hole, plural fastening holes(232,233,234,235) corresponding to the fastening bosses, and plural insertion holes(236,237) in which the guide bosses are inserted; and a knob(240) operating the switch. The PCB assembly is mounted to the rear of the control panel. The knob is projected outward through the through hole.
