PURPOSE: A method of processing salt by immersing salt in an extract of phlogopite and kiseomsok is provided. The processed product has reduced salty taste and bitter taste as compared to sea salt while being rich in far infrared rays and germanium and thus can be used to improve a food taste, purify air, maintain freshness and deodorize. CONSTITUTION: Phlogopite and kiseomsok are immersed in water for a long period of time to give purified water, which is added with salt and then washed with water to remove foreign material and heavy metal. Thus obtained salt is hydrated to a moisture content of 50 to 70% and washed with an extract of phlogopite and kiseomsok to remove remaining heavy metal and foreign material. Thereafter, the salt is dehydrated, dried with hot air, sintered in a kiseomsok sintering furnace while agitating and then ground after cooling. |
