PURPOSE: Provided is a transfer matter with cubic effect, which can form a three-dimensional pattern on the surface of a transferred matter with ease. The method for manufacturing the transfer matter is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The transfer matter with cubic effect comprises a coating layer(20) obtained by applying a resin for transfer on the top of a wood or metal panel(10); a transfer layer(30) obtained by attaching a transfer sheet printed with a transfer ink, and pressurizing and heating them; and an embossed layer(40) obtained by forming a resin for embossing on the top of the transfer layer(30) by a silk screen print method, thereby giving cubic effect. The resin for embossing is preferably a polyester-based resin.
