PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing an array substrate of an LCD(liquid crystal display) is provided to modify structures of a probe frame and a roller to prevent an error from being generated in the event of pattern test. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for testing an array substrate of an LCD includes a stage(42) on which an array substrate(30) to be tested is mounted, a probe frame(44), and a roller(46). The probe frame includes a probe pin(45) that is combined with the edge of the stage and provides a signal for testing a pattern on the substrate. The roller is located on a central wall of each of four sides of the stage and fixes the probe frame, mounted on the staged, to the stage.
