PURPOSE: A method of sealing an LCD(liquid crystal display) is provided to prevent liquid crystal from being inclined to the gravity direction. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel includes upper and lower substrates. The upper substrate includes a black matrix for blocking unnecessary lights, a color filter layer for displaying color images, a planarization layer, a common electrode and an alignment layer. The lower substrate includes gate lines, data lines, thin film transistors, pixel electrodes, and an alignment layer. The liquid crystal panel is loaded into a chamber. The internal pressure of the chamber is reduced to the atmospheric pressure. The liquid crystal panel is filled with liquid crystal. Pressure is applied to the chamber to remove excessively filled liquid crystal. A sealant is coated on a liquid crystal injection hole and light is irradiated on the sealant to seal up the liquid crystal injection hole.
