REFLECTIVE PLATE OF REFLECTIVE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A reflective plate of a reflective liquid crystal display and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify a process and improve the reflective brightness by forming a reflective surface having a concave surface. CONSTITUTION: A first uneven layer(310a) is formed in a circular shape in the thickness of 2500 Å. A gate insulating film is formed on the first uneven layer. A second uneven layer(310b) is formed on the gate insulating film in the thickness of 2000 Å, wherein the second uneven layer is formed by accumulating an amorphous silicon and an n+ amorphous silicon. The second uneven layer is formed in a double oval shape that two ovals cross each other centering the first uneven layer. A third uneven layer(310c) is formed on the second uneven layer in the thickness of 1500 Å, having the same double oval structure as the double oval structure of the second uneven layer.
