PURPOSE: A TFT substrate is provided to form a reflecting film having a transmission window relative to a transmission area, and to guide light supplied from a lower side of the TFT substrate through the reflecting film, then to condense the light into the transmission window, thereby improving optical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(400) is comprised. A switching element(420) is formed on an upper side of the substrate(400). The first insulating film(422) is formed on the substrate(400) to cover the switching element(420). A transmission electrode(440) is comprised on the first insulating film(422), and is electrically connected to the switching element(420). A reflecting electrode(450) defines a reflecting area, and forms the first transmission window(455) for defining a transmission area. A condensing member(460) forms the second transmission window(471) relative to the first transmission window(455), condenses light, and emits the light through the second transmission window(455).
