PURPOSE: An LCD panel is provided to dispose the first and second barrier layers formed as semiconductor layers in an area overlapped with gate lines, and to expose the first and second barrier layers by a storage contact hole piercing through a multilayer protecting film, thereby increasing a value of a storage capacitor. CONSTITUTION: Gate lines(52) are comprised. Data lines(54) are crossed with the gate lines(52). A TFT(T) is located in a crossed section between the gate lines(52) and the data lines(54). A pixel electrode(72) is connected to the TFT(T), and is formed on a multilayer protecting film including an organic protecting film. A storage capacitor(SC) is formed by being overlapped with the gate lines(52) at an interval of at least one layer insulating film, and includes an excessive etching prevention pattern connected with the pixel electrode(72) through a contact hole piercing through the multilayer protecting film.
