PURPOSE: A marking apparatus is provided to allow a marking operation to be performed in any position by moving a print head in vertical and horizontal directions on the circuit board fed through a circuit board conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A marking apparatus comprises a table(100) on which a main plate(120) is disposed; a circuit board conveyor including a fixed belt unit(210) and a variable belt unit(220) which are arranged in parallel with each other on the main plate disposed on the table, and a width control unit(230) for controlling the distance between the variable belt unit and the fixed belt unit; a print head conveyor(300) disposed on the circuit board conveyor, wherein the print head conveyor includes a print head(310) fixed at a vertical operating unit(320) through a head bracket(311) in such a manner that the print head is movable in a vertical direction, a horizontal moving unit(330) for moving the vertical operating unit and the print head in a horizontal direction, a vertical moving unit(340) for moving the vertical operating unit and the horizontal moving unit in a vertical direction, and a pair of support columns(350) for supporting the vertical moving unit on the main plate; and an indicator(400) having a laser beam generator for emitting laser beams toward the circuit board.
