<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device for vehicle of simple configuration capable of controlling certainly the bite-in and release of a striker member generated by a latch mechanism installed in a swing door. SOLUTION: A sector gear 12 rotated either in the regular or reverse direction selected by an actuator 13, a power latch plate 16 to advance and retreat a power latch wire 8 led with a latch mechanism and a lockout plate 17 to advance and retreat a lockout wire 9 coupled with the latch mechanism, are installed coaxially. The power latch plate 8 or lockout plate 9 is rotated selectively interlocking with the regular or reverse rotation of the sector gear, and a striker is locked fully by a latch member in the latch mechanism, and a disengaging member is actuated to unlock the striker.</p> |
