摘要 PURPOSE: A sensor for detecting weak magnetic field using a printed circuit board technology and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce magnetic flux leakage by forming a magnetic material core in the form of a rectangular-ring type close magnetic loop. CONSTITUTION: An X-axis magnetic material core and a Y-axis magnetic material core are provided. The Y-axis magnetic material is perpendicular to the X-axis magnetic material core. A coil wraps the X- and Y-axis magnetic material cores. The X- and Y-axis magnetic material cores are formed on upper and lower of a copper layer(51) of PCB, respectively. First layered prepregs(55a,55b) are provided on both sides of the copper layer(51). A second layered prepreg(60a) is provided on the first layered prepreg(55a). The other second layered prepreg(60b) is provided on the first layered prepreg(55b).
