PURPOSE: A satellite DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) booster for a vehicle is provided to restrain mutual interference between an RHCP(Right-Hand Circular Polarization) signal and an LHCP(Left-Hand Circular Polarization) signal and offer optimal reception environment by automatically controlling a gain of the RHCP signal, converting the RHCP signal into the LHCP signal, and relaying the LHCP signal to a DMB terminal in the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A gain adjusting unit(410) automatically adjusts a gain of a satellite signal transmitted from a signal amplifying unit(330) of a satellite broadcasting receiving device(300). A signal converting and transmitting unit(420) amplifies an RHCP signal adjusted in the gain adjusting unit(410), converts the amplified RHCP signal into an LHCP signal, and transmits the LHCP signal to a DMB terminal(500) through a transmission antenna(421) to restrain signal interference.
