PURPOSE: A dispenser used in a pouch vessel having a flat shape is provided to save a cost for transporting. CONSTITUTION: The dispenser(1) adapted to a pouch comprises: a body having an aperture part(11) and an adhesive part(12); a lid(20) to cover the aperture part(11) and whose part is separated by a line(25) along which to cut and moved upwardly above a predetermined angle meanwhile other part is fixed to the aperture part(11); a connecting member(24) to connect the aperture part(11) and the separated part of the lid(20). The body(10) and lid(20) of the dispenser(1) formed in a flat shape. By this shaped dispenser, to reduce a volume of the dispenser is possible.
