摘要 PURPOSE: A side air bag brake system is provided to auxiliary brake a vehicle with oil pressure leaking out from a hydraulic cylinder in stopping and parking the vehicle and to safely stop and park the vehicle by independently constraining each wheel with constraining other wheel even if the brake is off from one of the selected wheels by the leakage of oil pressure. CONSTITUTION: An air piston rectilinearly moves by flowing out the compressed air into a cylinder(10) to the selective pressure of a brake. An air shaft(11a) includes a first spring(11b) inserted along the longitudinal direction to elastically transfer to the rectilinear motions of the air piston. An oil piston(23) is combined to the other end of the air shaft and formed with a taper unit(23a) of the predetermined angle at the other part. A two-stage auxiliary cylinder(20) is combined with the cylinder by a bolt, sealed up, and composed of first and second inner diameters(21,22) to prevent the oil piston from being separated to the cylinder by constraining the oil piston to the compressed air outflow of the air piston. A first valve shaft(30) is vertically installed at right angle along the circumferential direction for the auxiliary cylinder and composed of a second spring(32) installed at one end to guide and elastically lift a first ball bearing(31) combined to the other end along the taper unit of the oil piston and a circular groove unit(34) formed on the outer periphery of the central part. A second valve shaft(40) is horizontally installed along the circumferential direction of the first valve shaft and composed of a second ball bearing(41) combined at the other end and selectively inserted into the groove unit to interlock and lift to the lift of the first valve shaft and a third spring(42) for elastically contacting a first oil valve(43) for a first oil connector(44) connected to a brake oil line. A third valve shaft is vertically installed along the circumferential direction of the first valve shaft and composed of a third ball bearing combined to the other end and selectively inserted into the groove unit to interlock and lift to the lift of the first valve shaft and a second oil valve and a fourth spring successively embedded in the other side of the third ball bearing to generate hydraulic pressure to a second oil connector connected to a drum brake oil line of the selected wheel. A fourth valve shaft is horizontally installed at right angle along the circumferential direction for the auxiliary cylinder and composed of a fourth ball bearing combined at the other end and guided and lifted along the taper unit and a third oil valve and a fifth spring successively embedded in the other side of the fourth ball bearing to generate the hydraulic pressure to a third oil connector connected with the drum brake oil line. A third auxiliary spring(45) elastically lifted for the first oil connector is disposed to the rim of the other end of the second valve shaft.
