PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for cleaning a nickel stamper of a hologram diffuser process are provided to clean effectively a nickel stamper attached to a roller used in a hologram diffuser process and reduce waste of cleaning agents. CONSTITUTION: The first and second brushes(61,62) having a cylinder shape rotate and clean the nickel stamper attached to a roller. The first and second projection nozzles(63,64) are formed at the insides of cylinders in the first and second brushes(61,62) and project cleaning agent liquid. A supply hose(65) is possessed at the first and second projection nozzles(63,64), respectively, so that the cleaning agent liquid is supplied from the outside agent liquid tubs. A discharge drain discharges the remaining cleaning agent liquid to the outside agent liquid tubs.
