PURPOSE: A torque releasing device is provided to prevent wear and burning in sudden operation, and to release torque securely by forming the bearing with the angular ball bearing and applying preload to the track. CONSTITUTION: A torque releasing device(1) is composed of a first axial member(11), a second member(12) arranged in the outer periphery of the first member, friction-combined with the first member to transmit torque and released from the first member not to transmit torque in generating abnormal torque, and bearings(20,21) rotating the first member and the second member relatively in releasing friction combination. The bearing is composed of an angular ball bearing, and the preload is applied to the track surface of the angular ball bearing. |
