PURPOSE: A dual panel type organic electro-luminescence device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to improve the productivity and the efficiency of the production management by forming an array element and an electro-luminescence diode on different substrates, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A gate line(212) is formed to a first direction on a first substrate. A data line(250) is formed to a second direction across the first direction. A power supply line(220) is formed to the second direction apart from the data line. A switching TFT(Ts) is formed at an intersection between the gate line and the data line. The switching TFT includes a semiconductor layer, which is formed with amorphous silicon. A driving TFT(TD) is formed at an intersection between the switching TFT and the power supply line. The driving TFT includes the same semiconductor layer as the switching TFT. A connecting electrode(272) is connected to the driving TFT. A column-shaped electric connection pattern is formed within a region of the connecting electrode in order to connect an organic electro-luminescence diode to the connecting electrode.
