PURPOSE: A device for grounding a power code of a microwave oven is provided to fix the power code and, at the same time, ground the power code without having a separate grounding operation. CONSTITUTION: A device for grounding a power code(80) of a microwave oven includes a hole formed in a part of the top edge of a back plate of the microwave oven, the power code passing through the hole to supply power to components of the microwave oven, and a power code holder(90) located at the end of the power code and integrated with the power code. The power code holder has a combining hole part(91) inserted into the hole of the top edge of the back plate. The device further includes a ground piece(820) fixed to the combining hole part of the power code holder and connected to a ground line(810) to come into contact with the hole of the back plate, and an out-case for fixing the power code holder.
