METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DISPLAY DEVICE PREVENTING ELECTROMAGNETIC BREAKDOWNS

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a display device is provided to improve a manufacturing yield by preventing electromagnetic breakdowns before and after circuit inspection operation. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of display devices(103a) are formed on a substrate(101) to be processed. An interconnection(901) which is led out from a signal input terminal(104a) of each display device to an edge of the substrate to be processed is formed. The interconnection is formed by exposing to a light through a repetitive pattern including an interconnection pattern integrated with a display device pattern. The display devices are separated into individual display devices. The display device includes a plurality of TFTs.
