PURPOSE: A programmable capacitor and a fabricating method thereof are provided to change and determine the capacitance of the capacitor by using a program. CONSTITUTION: A programmable capacitor includes a capacitor, the first metal line, and the second metal line. The capacitor(100) is formed with a bottom electrode(100a), a dielectric layer(100b), and a bottom layer(100c). The first metal line(104) is connected to the bottom electrode in order to transfer the first electric signal to the capacitor. The second metal line(108) is connected to the top electrode in order to change the capacitance of the capacitor transferring the second electric signal to the capacitor. An anti-fuse is formed within the second metal line. |
