PURPOSE: Panties made by cutting a fabric with an ultrasonic wave and jointing each portion of the fabric with an adhesive, ultrasonic wave and steam are provided. A waistband portion does not contain a rubber cord unlike prior art waistband portion. The panties are seamlessly produced, alleviate the discomfort caused by being fastened by the rubber cord contained in the waistband portion and reduce the manufacturing process, thereby to improve wearing comfort and reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: The panties comprise: a body portion(10); a waistband portion(20) arranged at the upper end of the body potion; and an opening portion formed at both lower ends of the body portion, wherein the waistband portion and a distal end(40) of the opening portion are laminated with an adhesion layer, a basic fabric of a lower end portion(35) and an inner fabric made(52) of cotton are jointed with an adhesion layer. The lower end portion is prepared by weaving a basic fabric using polyester-based yarn and spun yarn, applying an adhesive layer on the basic fabric, laminating the basic fabric and an inner fabric with an ultrasonic wave and steam. |
