PURPOSE: A method for the unified wire/wireless certification and settlement using a mobile communication terminal is provided to receive an online service needing certification in any place without holding the certification information stored in a storing medium. CONSTITUTION: A mobile network settlement server receives the certification information for transmitting a certification request message to the mobile terminal of a user from a unified certification service server connected to a cooperated institution server through the network. The settlement server receives the certification confirmation information transmitted from the mobile terminal of the user by responding to the certification request message(S110). The settlement server performs the certification by transmitting the certification confirmation information to a certification authority server(S130). The settlement server performs the settlement by receiving a certification result value from the certification authority server and transmitting it to the unified certification service server(S150).
