PURPOSE: A method of making bamboo salt by mixing conventional bamboo salt with an extract of plants such as laminaria thallus, Hizikia fusiforme, Undaria pinnatifida, garlic, Lentinus edodes, onions or Glycyrrhizae Radix, inserting it into a bamboo tube and then burning is provided. It enables high-quality bamboo salt with pharmacological action of plants to be produced at low cost. CONSTITUTION: Sea salt whose impurities and moisture is removed, is infused into a bamboo tube together with a loess solution(jijangsu) and then burned with a pine tree in a furnace to give bamboo salt. Then, 80% by weight of the bamboo salt is mixed with 20% by weight of an extract of plants and inserted into a bamboo tube and then burned with a pine tree at 700deg.C or more in the furnace for 4hr or more. The plants are laminaria thallus, Hizikia fusiforme, Undaria pinnatifida, garlic, Lentinus edodes, onions or Glycyrrhizae Radix.
