PURPOSE: An OCB(Optically Compensated Bend) mode LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to effectively widen a view angle, by including biaxial films or compensated films and an in-cell structure of hologram diffusion plates or diffusion films. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(110) and a second substrate(150) face with each other. A first electrode(114) is formed inside the first substrate(110). A first alignment layer(116) formed on the first electrode(114) is rubbed in a first direction. A hologram diffusion portion(152) formed inside the second substrate(150) has a hologram pattern on one side thereof. A second electrode(154) is formed at a lower part of the hologram diffusion portion(152). A second alignment layer(156) formed at a lower part of the second electrode(154) is rubbed in the same direction of the first alignment layer(116). A liquid crystal layer(140) is interposed between the first and second alignment layers(116,156). First and second polarizers(120,160) are located at the most external surfaces of the first and second substrates(110,150). A back light(170) is arranged at the back of the first polarizer(120).
