PURPOSE: A folder opening/closing device of a mobile phone is provided to enable an LCD to be disposed always toward user's eyes regardless of open/close state of a folder by having an oval bevel structure at an upper end portion of a mobile phone body. CONSTITUTION: A key panel(2) is installed to manipulate function of a mobile phone(1). An angle controller(3) is installed at an upper end portion of a body of the mobile phone(1) to control a position of an LCD according to user's eyes. A fixing hole(5) is formed at an outer side of the angle controller(3). The first gear portion is formed inside the angle controller(3). The second gear portion is coupled in a bevel gear form. A folder cover unit(9) includes one LCD panel(8) at one surface of the body. The second gear portion has oval saw teeth and a portion does not have saw teeth is formed at one side of the body. The second gear portion of the folder cover unit(9) is detachably assembled. A transmitter/receiver(13) is formed at an upper and lower end of the body of the folder cover unit(9).
