PURPOSE: A timing tuning device is provided to make a signal inputted at each input pin suitable for a timing spec without changing a mask using a delay circuit comprising a fuse capable of controlling a delay time. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of delay circuits(110) are connected in sequence from an input node. A plurality of switches(Ti,Tj,Tk,Tl) connect the input node, bonding nodes of the delay circuits, and a final port of the delay circuit with an output node. And a plurality of switch controllers control on/off of the plurality of switches. The delay circuit is a circuit where a fixed number of inverters are connected serially.
