PURPOSE: A system for offering an electronic receipt formed by a symbol screen and a text realized on a mobile communication terminal is provided to conveniently prove transaction by displaying the electronic receipt to a screen of the mobile communication terminal, and store the electronic the receipt for a long time by using a storage of a computer connected to the mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: An electronic receipt database(201) stores the background information visually expressing the electronic receipt of an issuer(10). A customer database(202) stores the information of a customer receiving the electronic receipt and a fact for the issuance contents and transmission. A password generating module(203) generates the electronic receipt including a serial number. An electronic receipt issuing server(20) generates the electronic receipt by selecting the screen from the background information depending on a rule and merging the screen with the serial number, and transmits the electronic receipt to the mobile communication terminal(30) through the networks(40,50).
