PURPOSE: A device for cleaning a substrate is provided to enable stable rotations of a brush shaft and a driving shaft by balancing a connection portion between the brush shaft and the driving shaft, and to fix the shafts to be connected together, thereby improving detergency. CONSTITUTION: A brush shaft(520) is comprised. A brush(510) covers the brush shaft(520) such that the brush shaft(520) pierces through a center. A driving shaft(540) has the first cover(580) in one section. The second cover(550) is combined with the first cover(580) of the driving shaft(540). A driving shaft(570) is inserted into the first cover(580) and the second cover(550). A driving portion rotates the driving shaft(570). A fixing unit fixes the first cover(580), the second cover(550), and the driving shaft(570).
