PURPOSE: A system for measuring the voltage and current of a test railroad car is provided to accurately examine wattage, power factor, current and voltage of a whole railroad car by measuring the voltage and current of a test car. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring the voltage and current of a test railroad car comprises a voltage and current sensor for measuring the voltage and current of a test car, a speed sensor for measuring the speed of the car, an electric power analyzer for analyzing the wattage, power factor, voltage, current, speed, harmonics voltage and current of the test car by using the voltage, current and speed data inputted via the voltage and current sensor, and a monitor for monitoring the data inputted from the electric power analyzer.
