SUBSTRATE TRANSFER APPARATUS FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A substrate transfer apparatus for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to change the structure of an elastic ring inserted into a roller, thereby capable of transferring the substrate more stably. CONSTITUTION: Lower rollers(54) are inserted into both sides of a lower rotating shaft(53) and driven. Upper rollers(52) are faced with the lower rollers(54), inserted into both ends of the upper rotating shaft(51) and presses passively the substrate. Elastic rings(55) mixed of an O-type and a rectangular type are inserted into grooves formed at the circumference of the lower roller(54) and the upper roller(52). A penetration hole is formed in the middle of the lower roller(54) and the lower rotating shaft(53) is inserted into the penetration hole and the lower roller(54) is driven by driving the rotating shaft.
