PURPOSE: A radiation structure of a semiconductor chip is provided to swiftly cool the semiconductor chip by improving the structure of the radiation structure. CONSTITUTION: A radiation structure is provided with a heat sink support part(30) fixed to the upper surface of a semiconductor chip(21) and a driving shaft(31) prolonged from the upper surface of the heat sink support part. The radiation structure further includes a heat sink(40) connected with the driving shaft. The heat sink is capable of rotating by using the driving shaft as the center. A ball bearing(50) is installed between the driving shaft and the heat sink. A protrusion(32) is formed on the driving shaft for preventing the deviation of the heat sink.
