AUTOMATIC LOADER DEVICE FOR MACHINE TOOL

PURPOSE: An automatic loader device for a machine tool is provided to improve productivity by automatically loading/unloading a workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A workpiece loading/separating unit(10) includes a workpiece loading case(12) and a workpiece separating/supplying cylinder(14) for separating/supplying workpieces in the workpiece loading case. A feeder(30) feeds the workpieces in the workpiece loading/separating unit. A stopper(40) moves forward and backward, and transfers the workpieces. An automatic loader(20) has a gripper(25) for gripping the workpiece, and loads the workpiece into a chuck(50). A reversing unit(70) reverses the workpiece with a rotary unit(74). A catcher(80) catches and discharges the workpiece. A workpiece separating/loading unit(90) separates and loads the discharged workpieces.
