PURPOSE: Provided is a sewage and wastewater treating system for a toilet which simplifies a constitution by having a hollow fiber membrane tank instead of a precipitating tank and a filtering tank and purifies sewage and wastewater with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In the sewage and wastewater treating system comprising a storage tank (10) storing flown-in sewage and wastewater, an aeration tank (20) aerating the sewage and wastewater supplied from the storage tank, a precipitating tank precipitating precipitates of the sewage and wastewater supplied from the aeration tank, a filtering tank filtering the sewage and wastewater supplied from the precipitating tank, a decolorizing tank (50) adsorbing color and removing smell of the filtered water supplied from the filtering tank and secondarily filtering it and a water supplying tank (60) supplying purified water from the decolorizing tank to a chamber pot, the precipitating tank and the filtering tank equipped between the aeration tank and the decolorizing tank are excluded and a hollow fiber membrane tank (100) is applied which separates solid-liquid by using a microfiltration membrane of the hollow fiber.
