PURPOSE: A cosmetic and its molding device is provided to mold a cosmetic as contained in various forms to be differentiated from a conventional cosmetic, and therefore to promote sales by exciting customers curiosity and interest. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic and its molding device, in which a container containing contents is included in a wrapping case(20) is characterized in that the contents are molded to be projected than the upper end of the container. The container with a cavity(32) having one side as opened and a raw material pouring hole(12) includes a mold(30) for covering the cavity, a raw material storage box(18) for storing a cosmetic, and a raw material pouring unit(40). The contents are formed to be projected than the upper end of the container when removing the container in the mold(30) after pouring and hardening the cosmetic.
