PURPOSE: Provided is a main body case of a garbage treating device which is able to be simply assembled and disassembled and significantly reduces danger of being cut or scratched. CONSTITUTION: The main body case of the garbage treating device comprises a base frame (10), a lower part casing having a pair of both sides panel (23), a front panel (21) and a rear panel, a stirring tank (30) having an electric field chamber (40) by partly dividing the inner part of the lower part casing on one side and an upward opening (31), an electric field chamber (45) installed on the front side of the electric field chamber formed by the stirring tank, an upper part casing (50) covering the upper part of the lower part casing and having a foodstuffs putting-in port (51) corresponding to the opening of the stirring tank and a door able to open and close the putting-in port of the upper part casing.
