PURPOSE: A device for testing a safety valve and pressure setting of a pressurizer is provided to promptly maintain a safety valve of a pressurizer by directly testing the leakage of the safety valve and pressure setting. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing a safety valve and pressure setting of a pressurizer comprises a nitrogen gas storing unit(10), a pump(30) connected with the nitrogen gas storing unit, pumping the nitrogen gas and discharging the pumped nitrogen gas to a pressure storing tank(40), a pressure control valve(50) connected with the pressure storing tank, controlling the pressure of the nitrogen gas discharged from the pressure storing tank and discharging the pressure-controlled nitrogen gas to an injection pipe(62) installed on the side of a leakage and pressure setting test bench(60) through a high-pressure hose(52), and a leakage detecting flange(70) inserted to one side of a safety valve(20) and detecting the leakage of the nitrogen gas from the safety valve.
