摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling top pressure of blast furnace to compensate pressure fluctuation according to charge is provided to compensate the top pressure drop by predicting drop of top pressure generated according to type and quantity of charging materials before charging the charging materials into the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a hydraulic controller(13) for controlling height of cone(14) of Bischoff(12); a charging material level gauge(23) for detecting charging level of charging materials in the blast furnace; a charging material judging device(20) for judging type of charging materials charged into the blast furnace; a top pressure control part(30) for outputting a signal for controlling blast furnace top pressure so that top pressure maintains a pressure set value by comparing pressure detection values of top pressure detector(3) with a preset pressure setting value; and a top pressure compensation part(40) for outputting the added value to the hydraulic controller by adding the operated top pressure compensation amount to control value of the top pressure control part if a charging starting signal is inputted from the charging material level gauge by operating pressure drop generated during charging of the charging materials into the blast furnace per charging material type and charging method inputted from the charging material judging device, and outputting only a control signal of the top pressure control part to the hydraulic controller if the detection values of the top pressure detector reach an upper limit setting value.
