PURPOSE: A PCB having a multi-channel block type light source device is provided to transmit and receive simultaneously broadband data by using only one PCB including an NxN block type VCSEL(Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser) array. CONSTITUTION: A driving PCB(52) is formed on an upper surface of a flat type heat spreader(51) by using a die-bonding method. The driving PCB is used for converting an electric signal to an optical signal or the optical signal to the electric signal. A driving IC(54) is formed on an upper surface of the driving PCB by using the die-bonding method. An optical signal transmission/reception PCB(60) is formed on a bottom part of the heat spreader. An optical waveguide is arranged on the optical signal transmission/reception PCB in order to transmit an optical signal. An optical signal connection block is installed on the optical signal transmission/reception PCB. A light source device(62) is installed on the bottom part of the heat spreader in order to transmit the optical signal to the optical signal connection block. |
